Stephen Yale-Loehr

Stephen Yale-Loehr is a distinguished Attorney Of Counsel at Miller Mayer, specializing in the Immigration practice group. With 30 years of experience, he provides expert guidance on a wide range of family- and employment-based immigration issues for both corporate and individual clients. Beyond his role at Miller Mayer, Mr. Yale-Loehr is a prominent figure in the immigration law community. He holds the position of Professor of Immigration Practice at Cornell Law School, where he teaches immigration and asylum law.

Mr. Yale-Loehr is the founder and former executive director of Invest in the USA (IIUSA), an association for EB-5 immigrant investor regional centers. His expertise is widely recognized, as evidenced by his listings in Who’s Who in America, Chambers Global, Chambers USA, and An International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. He is frequently quoted in the media on immigration topics and has testified before Congress on several occasions.
