Jessica L. Gustafson

Jessica L. Gustafson is a founding shareholder at The Health Law Partners, P.C., where she provides legal representation to hospitals, health systems, hospices, home health agencies, physicians, and other health care providers. Her practice primarily focuses on guiding clients through the Recovery Audit (RAC) and Medicare audit appeals process. She is also adept in handling compliance and reimbursement issues, overpayment refunds, and Medicare enrollment and regulatory matters.

Ms. Gustafson is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association (Health Law Section), where she serves as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee and Vice-Chair of the Editorial Board for ABA Health eSource. Additionally, she is involved with the Michigan Bar Association (Health Care Law Section) and holds a position on the Advisory Board of the American College of Physician Advisors.

During her law school years, Ms. Gustafson was a Senior Articles Editor for the Wayne Law Review Editorial Board and gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert H. Cleland at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
