Juliette Passer

Juliette Passer is a distinguished attorney, arbitrator, and mediator located in Jackson Heights, New York. Her extensive career spans over twenty-five years, focusing on International Law to support companies in expanding their operations both in the United States and internationally. She has a deep understanding of markets in the former USSR, Eastern and Western Europe, China, Turkey, and Panama. Juliette is also actively involved with numerous private boards and is open to suitable board roles.

After completing her legal education at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and led the International Law Society, Juliette began her career as a corporate associate at Debevoise & Plimpton and Patterson, Belknap Webb & Tyler, LLP in New York. Her work encompassed corporate finance, general corporate practice, arbitration, and international development, including negotiating complex agreements and establishing a Moscow office. She also contributed to training Russian attorneys through the American Bar Association and the Council for Trade and Economic Cooperation.

Juliette is a dedicated educator, sharing her knowledge through teaching, seminars, and courses, focusing on emerging markets and internet-related law. She has lectured to audiences both in the U.S. and internationally. In addition to her legal credentials, she holds a Master of Arts in Music Education and a B.M. in Harp Performance from the Manhattan School of Music and completed special studies in Soviet Law at the Columbia School of Law.
