Andrew Finkelstein

Andrew Finkelstein serves as the Managing Partner of Finkelstein & Partners, based in Middletown, New York. His work as a consumer activist is marked by his dedication to representing injured individuals against corporate wrongdoers and negligent parties. As a skilled litigator, he has successfully advocated for plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases involving defective drugs, dangerous products, and various accident types, including automobile, bus, motorcycle, dog bites, and aviation incidents.

Mr. Finkelstein has achieved notable success in securing multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients. His accomplishments include a $9 million settlement for catastrophic injuries from a construction accident, $3.5 million for car accident injuries, $4.5 million for significant injuries in a truck accident, $3.45 million for a pedestrian knockdown, and $2.25 million for injuries due to a defective seat belt.

He has also secured $2.5 million in a defective products case, $2 million for injuries from a faulty guardrail, and $5.5 million for catastrophic car accident injuries.
