Charles Thomas Bazydlo

Charles T. Bazydlo has dedicated his legal practice to environmental law, land use, and municipal law since 1995. He represents a diverse range of clients, from large industrial entities to small residential developers, before local, state, and federal regulatory bodies. His expertise extends to representing municipal public agencies and school districts, acting as Attorney to Town Boards and Zoning Boards of Appeals in Orange County, New York. Additionally, Mr. Bazydlo has served as Special Counsel for development projects with various municipal boards and school districts across the Hudson Valley.

Mr. Bazydlo's educational background includes a law degree from PACE University School of Law, where he concentrated in Environmental Law, and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. This combination of legal and engineering expertise uniquely positions him to assist both private and public clients in navigating complex regulatory challenges involving local land use boards, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and the USEPA.

Before establishing his law practice, Mr. Bazydlo was the director of regulatory permitting for a national environmental engineering firm, focusing on the development and construction of solid waste disposal and treatment facilities.
