Adam Tynan

Adam Tynan is a seasoned civil litigation attorney located in Mount Vernon, New York, with a focus on personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He is passionate about providing advocacy for individuals and families who have suffered personal injuries.

Adam launched his legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department. In this capacity, he was part of the Special Litigation Unit, where he represented various City agencies in cases involving catastrophic injuries throughout the city's five boroughs. His responsibilities included managing depositions, motions, oral arguments, conferences, settlements, and trials.

Adam earned his law degree from New York Law School, where he was an Executive Board member of the Moot Court Association and the Trial Competition Team. He graduated with honors, receiving the Order of the Barristers and a Dean’s Award for Student Leadership. Additionally, he was recognized as a Semi-Finalist in the Texas Lawyers National Trial Competition.

Originally from New Jersey, Adam completed his undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College, serving as President of the Pre-Law Society. Prior to entering the legal field, he spent two years in Florence, Italy, as a tour manager for a travel company.

Outside his professional endeavors, Adam is actively involved in fitness events and fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Hospital through the St. Jude Heroes program, participating in marathons and Spartan races.
