Cindy N. Brown

Cindy N. Brown is a committed attorney based in New Rochelle, New York, with a focus on criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, and landlord/tenant law. She is particularly dedicated to advocating for fathers seeking to maintain meaningful relationships with their children post-divorce or after a breakup. Recognizing the challenges fathers face in the Family Court system, Ms. Brown strives to ensure their parental rights are upheld.

Originally from Jamaica, Ms. Brown has called New York home for over two decades. She is an alumna of the University of Albany and earned her law degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. During her studies, she was distinguished on the Dean’s List and received Cali Awards for academic excellence. Additionally, she was active in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Juris One Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Her time studying Public International Law at Oxford’s Magdalen College remains a highlight of her academic journey.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Brown enjoys family time, walking her dog Myles, traveling to exotic destinations, and occasionally riding motorcycles.
