Alexander Paykin

After emigrating from Russia in 1989, Alexander Paykin has built a distinguished career in the United States, drawing from his experience living and working across various countries. As the Managing Director and sole owner of Paykin Law, he applies his entrepreneurial spirit to manage businesses in finance and information technology. In addition to his legal practice, he leads a consultancy specializing in technology and finance for law firms, operates a real estate brokerage, and oversees a real estate holding company.

Paykin's multicultural insights and extensive business acumen enhance his approach to complex litigation and transactional matters in commerce, finance, and real estate. This makes his practice a high-tech, client-focused firm. Beyond his practice, he is a frequent CLE instructor for the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, and a prolific writer for the NYSBA Journal on subjects ranging from insurer demutualization to the role of artificial intelligence in law.

Dedicated to philanthropy, Paykin serves on several 501(c)(3) boards, most notably as President of Brighter Tomorrows, and is an active leader and donor in Rotary International.
