Carl Scott Spector

Carl Scott Spector has been a dedicated advocate for clients facing criminal charges since 1992. With a profound understanding of the criminal justice system, he draws upon his experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York, where he served for six years. This role provided him with invaluable insights into the workings of both the prosecutor's office and law enforcement.

Carl Spector earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and obtained his law degree (J.D.) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and is an inactive member of the Florida Bar. His career also includes three years as a Municipal Prosecutor in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, and since 2009, he has served as a Municipal Prosecutor in a large community in Bergen County.

Throughout his career, Carl has successfully handled complex criminal cases, including charges of arson and murder. His commitment to client communication ensures that individuals facing charges understand the legal process, reducing the stress and confusion that often accompany such situations. Carl's dedication to client education extends to teaching; he has developed and taught a New York state-certified Continuing Legal Education course in criminal law.
