Joseph A. Bondy

Joseph A. Bondy, based in New York City, is a distinguished attorney with 27 years of experience in criminal litigation. Recognized as one of America’s Top 100 Attorneys and one of the Top 100 Criminal Trial Lawyers by the American College of Trial Lawyers, Bondy is celebrated for his strategic defense skills and his work in cannabis business and advocacy. His courtroom prowess has been highlighted by major outlets including The New York Times, which described him as “eloquent and armed with the serene demeanor of a surgeon.” High Times has also acknowledged him as “one of the nation’s preeminent cannabis attorneys.” His strategic approach to defense has been praised by CNN, Politico, and the New York Law Journal.

Bondy's international recognition grew as he represented Lev Parnas, a Giuliani associate involved in the Ukraine scandal during Donald Trump’s first impeachment.
