Laura's passion for employment law is rooted in her extensive legal background. After earning her degree from the University of Maryland, she began her career in New York City as a prosecutor in one of the nation's largest and most demanding District Attorney's offices. She then honed her skills at a major civil litigation firm in Manhattan before transitioning to a nonprofit organization, where she served in a general counsel and advocacy capacity.

In 2009, Laura founded The Noble Law with a mission to deliver outstanding employment law services by adhering to core values such as collaboration, leadership, empathy, integrity, and innovation. Her clients appreciate her genuine care and dedication to securing the best possible outcomes. As a certified mediator, Laura excels in facilitating constructive dialogue and resolution between conflicting parties.
