Patrick J. Lanciotti

Patrick J. Lanciotti is a prominent attorney in the environmental litigation and toxic tort department at Napoli Shkolnik, based in New York City. His practice is centered on managing complex environmental class actions and mass tort litigations. Notably, he represents individuals affected by the Flint Water Crisis, one of the largest contaminated water cases nationally, under the In re: Flint Water Litigation.

Patrick also advocates for individuals and municipalities impacted by exposure to Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in cases including Westhampton, New York, Hoosick Falls, New York, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Yaphank, New York. Additionally, he represents numerous children in La Oroya, Peru, who have elevated blood lead levels due to prolonged exposure to lead smelting operations.

During his academic tenure at Pace Law School, Patrick gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Regional Attorney at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Region 2.
