Andrew David Bizer

Andrew D. Bizer, a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience, is the Founding Partner of Bizer & DeReus, LLC. This Louisiana-based firm is renowned for its national practice in disability discrimination, personal injury, and class actions. Andrew has distinguished himself as a leading advocate for civil rights, particularly for individuals with disabilities.

Now in his 21st year of legal practice, Andrew has devoted much of his career to civil litigation, with a primary focus on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) cases. He has been involved in over 500 ADA cases, achieving significant victories such as making the Historic St. Charles Avenue Streetcar in New Orleans accessible to wheelchair users.
