Alexander Paykin

Since emigrating from Russia in 1989, Alexander Paykin has established himself as a prominent figure in the United States, living and working across various countries. He has successfully launched and managed businesses in the finance and information technology sectors. Currently, he is the Managing Director and sole owner of Paykin Law.

In addition to his legal practice, Alexander leads a consultancy focused on technology and finance for law firms and professionals. He also operates a real estate brokerage and manages a real estate holding company. His multicultural background and extensive business experience play a crucial role in his approach to complex litigation and transactional matters in commerce, finance, and real estate, positioning his firm as a high-tech, client-focused practice.

Alexander is a frequent CLE instructor for the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He has contributed extensively to the NYSBA Journal, covering topics such as insurer demutualization and the impact of artificial intelligence in law. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is committed to philanthropy, serving on several 501(c)(3) boards, including a prominent role as President of Brighter Tomorrows. He is also an active leader and donor within Rotary International.
