Benjamin Z. Katz

Benjamin Z. Katz is a seasoned attorney committed to establishing lasting relationships with his clients. Based in Queens Village, New York, he focuses on Estate Planning, Probate & Administration, and Residential Real Estate. An experienced consultant, Benjamin advises several mortgage companies and has a robust background in real estate education. He has instructed real estate and mortgage licensees for many years and co-authored several editions of the textbook, Mortgage Lending Principles and Practices.

Benjamin is a NYS Certified Real Estate Instructor and an active member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and New York City Bar Association. His volunteer work includes serving as a Volunteer Attorney for Free Legal Answers through the ABA and participating in the Estate Planning Committee of the Senior Lawyers Division. He also contributes to the New York City Bar Association's Consumer Affairs Committee and supports the Animal Legal Defense Fund and various charitable organizations.
