Everett Saslow Jr

Everett Saslow Jr. is a distinguished attorney certified by the North Carolina Board of Legal Specialization in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law since 1996. His practice is centered on providing legal assistance in bankruptcy, business law, transactional matters, creditors' rights, collections, and commercial real estate. Everett offers expert advice on business issues, corporate law, and assists clients with acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing transactions. He adeptly represents clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.

A Greensboro native, Everett attended public schools in Greensboro and pursued higher education at Davidson College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduating from law school in 1976, he joined the predecessor of Hill Evans Jordan & Beatty and has been a steadfast member ever since. Currently, he serves as one of the firm's Managing Members.

Everett is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the North Carolina Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Greensboro Bar Association, and the 18th Judicial District Bar. He is also a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, a Panel of Standing Trustees for Chapter 7 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
