Kenneth Love

Originally from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Kenneth Love graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. He pursued his legal education at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2006.

Kenneth began his legal career with Legal Aid of North Carolina, where he worked as a staff attorney. During his tenure, he represented clients in housing, employment, education, and consumer matters, and served as the director of Legal Aid’s statewide Bankruptcy team.

In October 2011, Kenneth transitioned to Mike Lewis Attorneys, taking on the role of director for the Consumer Protection unit. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at The Law Offices of Love and Dillenbeck Law, PLLC.

Kenneth is licensed to practice law in North Carolina state courts, the Federal Courts of the Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is board certified as a specialist in consumer-bankruptcy law, achieving this recognition in his first year of eligibility.

His practice focuses on consumer matters, including Bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure defense, debt collection lawsuit defense, unemployment insurance benefit claims, and simple advance directive matters.
