Brian F Davis

Brian F Davis, a native of Western North Carolina, began his journey in Asheville. After graduating from Enka High School, he pursued higher education at UNC-Chapel Hill and later earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Upon passing the Bar Exam, Brian practiced law in the Raleigh area for nearly two decades, specializing in serious personal injury, catastrophic injury cases, and wrongful death cases.

Brian eventually returned to Asheville, bringing both his family and legal practice back to his hometown. Known for his aggressive litigation style, he thrives in courtroom settings. His straightforward approach with clients and opposing counsel ensures clear communication and transparency.

Outside the courtroom, Brian enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three boys. His hobbies include biking, motorcycling, hiking, and camping, allowing him to connect with the natural beauty of North Carolina.
