Ile earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Philosophy with high honors from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Following her undergraduate studies, she gained significant experience as a real estate paralegal with Shapiro and Ingle LLP, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Commercial Defeasance LLC. Her extensive background includes expertise in foreclosures, real estate closings, settlement services for lenders and servicers, and debt service for commercial real estate loans.

Pursuing her passion for law, Ile attended the North Carolina Central University School of Law on a full academic scholarship from the American Intellectual Property Law Education Foundation. She graduated with honors, furthering her interest in environmental law and policy. During her time in law school, she was awarded the prestigious U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Fellowship, allowing her to study environmental law at Duke Nicholas School of the Environment and Vermont Law School.
