Senta F. Rhodes

Senta F. Rhodes is a dedicated trial attorney based in Asheville, North Carolina, with a focus on personal injury and workers' compensation law. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

Before joining Grimes Teich Anderson LLP, Senta served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Major Felony Crimes Division in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During her tenure, she prosecuted over 20 jury trials and more than 50 bench trials. Her expertise in gathering evidence, examining experts, and negotiating is now directed towards advocating for her clients' rights against insurance companies.

Senta further developed her litigation skills as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Domestic Violence Unit for the District Court Division in Prince George's County, Maryland. There, she handled both bench and jury trials, negotiated plea agreements, and presented cases before the Grand Jury.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Senta earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Theta and The National Honor Society. She obtained her law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC.

Her early career included serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Warren J. Krug in Prince Fredrick, Maryland. While attending law school, Senta completed externships at The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of International Affairs in Washington, DC, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in Arlington, Virginia.

Senta holds the position of Vice President of the WNC Branch of the NC Association of Women Attorneys. At Grimes Teich Anderson, her primary focus remains on Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Law.
