William Lenox Fay

William Lenox Fay launched his legal career in 2005 by establishing his own practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. From the outset, he has focused on handling criminal cases in North Carolina state courts, addressing matters from minor traffic violations to serious felonies. His commitment to client care and his ability to achieve positive results have been key to his practice's success. He also offers affordable fee structures, making legal representation accessible to a broader audience.

Throughout his career, William has shared his expertise by conducting seminars for fellow attorneys, particularly in defending criminal and traffic cases, with a special focus on DWI defense. His dedication to mentoring young lawyers is evident as he frequently provides informal consultations and, when necessary, takes over challenging cases.

In 2013, William partnered with Rebekah Grafton, who was then with Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Department of Homeland Security, to expand the practice into immigration law. This collaboration led to the opening of a second office in Buncombe County in 2016. The firm has since grown to include three attorneys, with Ana Nunez, a former public defender fluent in Spanish, managing the Raleigh criminal practice and assisting with immigration cases.
