Kenneth Love

Kenneth Love hails from Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2006.

Kenneth began his legal career with Legal Aid of North Carolina, where he worked as a staff attorney. In this role, he represented clients in various matters including housing, employment, education, and consumer issues. He also held the position of director for Legal Aid's statewide Bankruptcy team.

In October 2011, Kenneth joined Mike Lewis Attorneys, taking on the role of director of the Consumer Protection unit. Today, he is the Managing Partner at The Law Offices of Love and Dillenbeck Law, PLLC.

Licensed to practice in the state courts of North Carolina, Kenneth is also admitted to the Federal Courts of the Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a board-certified specialist in consumer-bankruptcy law, achieving this distinction in his first year of eligibility.

Kenneth's practice focuses on consumer matters, including Bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure defense, debt collection lawsuit defense, unemployment insurance benefit claims, and simple advance directive matters.
