Justin C. Olsinski

Justin C. Olsinski is a committed criminal defense attorney with a practice located in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. After graduating from Hofstra University School of Law, where he ranked in the top half of his class, Mr. Olsinski moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. There, he consulted with local attorneys and decided to establish his own firm in January 2010. Since then, he has dedicated his career to defending cases ranging from B1 Felony First Degree Sex Offenses to Misdemeanor marijuana charges.

Mr. Olsinski's achievements in the legal field have been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers and the American Society of Legal Advocates, which named him among the Top 40 under 40 Attorneys in North Carolina. His practice primarily focuses on serious criminal and felony cases, reflecting his deep commitment to criminal defense.

Before law school, Mr. Olsinski earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and History from Indiana University-Bloomington. At Hofstra, he honed his skills in criminal defense, participating in a ten-day intensive seminar on trial advocacy.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Olsinski is a family man, enjoying time with his wife, young daughter, and dog. He also has a passion for sports, both as a spectator and participant.
