About Kirk Angel

Kirk J. Angel is the founder of The Angel Law Firm, PLLC, based in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. A native of Western North Carolina, Mr. Angel pursued his academic interests in philosophy, earning a BA from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Tennessee. He completed his law degree in 1997.

Following his graduation, Mr. Angel began his legal career in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he worked with a small firm. His practice areas included employment law, personal injury, and worker's compensation. Returning to his roots, he joined the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as a Trial Attorney in the Charlotte District Office, handling litigation and investigations across both North and South Carolina.

In 2005, Mr. Angel established The Angel Law Firm, PLLC. His practice is dedicated to representing employees in North Carolina and federal employees worldwide in matters of employment law.
