About Larry Serbin
Larry Serbin is a seasoned attorney known for his meticulous approach and commitment to advocacy. Raised in central Pennsylvania, Larry's academic journey began at Ohio University, followed by early career experiences in web development and the trucking industry. His pursuit of excellence led him to earn a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Denver’s Daniels School of Business, equipping him with strategic and operational insights that inform his legal practice.
Larry's passion for law, particularly in advocacy requiring precision and ethical rigor, prompted him to attend Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. During his time there, he excelled by winning the first-year Moot Court Competition and contributing to both the Capital Law Review and Moot Court Board. His hands-on experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability cases during law school provided a solid foundation in client-focused practice.
Upon passing the North Carolina Bar Exam, Larry co-founded a firm specializing in Social Security disability claims, which evolved into Bridgman & Serbin in 2009. The firm gained recognition for its representation of disability claimants across the Carolinas. In 2014, Larry joined The Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor, now known as Taylor | Serbin Injury Lawyers, bringing extensive litigation experience and a disciplined approach to advocacy.
Larry took on the role of Managing Partner in 2015, overseeing the firm's legal and operational functions. By 2019, he chose to concentrate fully on practicing law. As a Partner today, Larry focuses on complex personal injury and consumer protection cases, where his thorough preparation and attention to detail are crucial in disputed and contested matters.
