Jackie Bedard

Jackie Bedard specializes in estate and long-term care planning, guiding clients in Cary, North Carolina, through the complexities of family protection, wealth preservation, and maintaining cherished family values. She serves on the board of directors for the North Carolina chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a member of the Medicaid Planning Network. Locally, she contributes as a board trustee for the Hospice of Wake County Foundation and as a director for the Guiding Lights Caregiver Support Center. Jackie is also involved with the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association.

In recognition of her impact on Wake County, Jackie was named one of Cary Magazine’s 2015 Movers & Shakers. She also achieved a Superb 10.0 rating by Avvo in October 2015 as a Top Attorney for Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated magna cum laude in the top 7% of her class from the University of Richmond, School of Law.

Residing in Cary with her husband, Dan, and their dogs, Nala and Nelly, Jackie enjoys CrossFit, reading, cooking, and music.
