Karl W. Roth

Karl W. Roth is a distinguished Corporate Civil Attorney based in Cary, North Carolina, with an extensive career spanning over 22 years. He represents clients in industries such as construction and software implementation, offering expertise in complex commercial litigation and general legal counsel. His personal experience in the manufacturing and construction sectors provides him with a unique understanding of these industries.

Karl's professional journey includes 18 successful years operating a law firm in Chicago. During this period, he represented individuals and businesses in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
