Evan Rowe

Evan R. Rowe is a dedicated criminal defense attorney based in Catawba County, North Carolina, where he was born and raised. He graduated from Hickory High School in 2003, earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in 2007, and completed his law degree at the Charlotte School of Law in 2011. He is licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina and the Western District of North Carolina Federal Court.

During his time at NC State, Evan was a charter member of the Alpha Sigma Phi national fraternity and served on the executive board of the Student Wolfpack Club. While in law school, he participated in the Trial Advocacy Team and gained practical experience working with both the District Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender’s Office under the North Carolina third-year practitioner rules.

Evan is happily married, a father to a daughter, and enjoys spending time with his two dogs. His leisure activities include traveling with family, playing golf, and gardening.

His professional focus is on criminal law, where he is deeply committed to providing a strong defense for the accused. Evan strives to ensure his clients' voices are heard within the criminal justice system and offers diligent representation through each legal challenge.

Although many cases are resolved before trial, Evan is experienced in conducting both bench and jury trials in North Carolina District and Superior Courts. He prioritizes keeping his clients informed about their options and potential outcomes, empowering them to make informed decisions.

In addition to his legal practice, Evan holds an executive position in the Catawba County Bar Association and is a member of the American Association.
