Henry Samuel Morphis

Henry Samuel Morphis embarked on a legal career after gaining extensive experience in the furniture industry. Initially, he worked for nearly nine years, advancing from staff engineer to plant manager, and ultimately to head of engineering. In his final role in the industry, Henry was a pivotal member of the Steering Committee, managing over 250 employees and overseeing the IT Department, Product Development Department, and a continuous efficiency improvement initiative.

In 2003, Henry made the decision to pursue law, and by 2006, he joined Young, Morphis, Bach & Taylor, LLP. Residing in Hickory with his wife Lisa and their children, Henry is an active participant in the First United Methodist Church. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys gardening, canoeing, hiking, and serving as a Tiger Cub den leader.
