Joseph Clay Delk IV

Joseph C. Delk IV graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law. He began his legal journey in 2008 at an insurance defense firm in South Carolina, where he developed his skills in handling complex legal matters.

In 2010, Joseph returned to North Carolina, setting up his practice in Lenoir. He has since been committed to defending clients against criminal charges, including misdemeanors and felonies, as well as traffic violations. His dedication to client rights extends beyond courtrooms, as he transitioned in 2022 to focus on real estate transactions, ensuring clients experience a smooth process.

Joseph is licensed in both North Carolina (2010) and South Carolina (2008), offering comprehensive legal services to meet diverse client needs. His practice emphasizes navigating legal complexities and protecting property interests with a keen intellect and diligent work ethic.

Outside of his legal work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his children, Pepper and Jasper, and exploring the scenic mountains of Western North Carolina. His commitment to family and community is mirrored in his dedication to providing outstanding legal representation across the Carolinas.
