After earning her degree from the University of Maryland, she began her career in New York City as a prosecutor in one of the nation's largest District Attorney's offices. She then transitioned to a prominent civil litigation firm in Manhattan and later served as general counsel and advocate for a nonprofit organization.

In 2009, Laura founded The Noble Law with a vision to deliver exceptional employment law services, guided by values of collaboration, leadership, empathy, integrity, and innovation.
