Richard Daugherty

Rich Daugherty is an accomplished employment law attorney serving the State of North Carolina. With a career spanning since 2003, Rich represents clients in various employment disputes, including severance negotiations, executive exit strategies, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and assault, discrimination, retaliation, and FMLA violations.
