Diane Price

Diane DePietropaolo Price has devoted her legal career to the field of criminal defense, focusing on both client representation and policy advocacy. A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2008, Diane began her career as an assistant public defender in Mecklenburg County, where she represented clients in District and Superior Courts who could not afford legal counsel.

From 2014 to 2017, Diane served as the Public Defense Training Manager for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, she organized training programs for public defenders and private assigned counsel while promoting reform efforts across various states.

Between 2017 and 2023, Diane returned to public defense, focusing on serious criminal cases in Camden, New Jersey, where she was dedicated to defending the rights of the accused. In 2023, she returned to North Carolina to continue her practice with The Olsinski Law Firm.

Diane represents adults facing misdemeanor and felony charges in District and Superior Courts within Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas. She has a strong interest in domestic violence defense and cases involving Fourth Amendment issues, striving to exclude evidence obtained in violation of constitutional rights.
