Justin D. Bice

Justin D. Bice is the founder and owner of Bice Law LLC, a distinguished personal injury law firm with offices across North Carolina and South Carolina, including Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greenville. His practice is dedicated to advocating for victims of negligence, aiming to recover maximum compensation for injuries resulting from car accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, wrongful death, and worker's compensation claims.

Raised in rural South Dakota, Justin served eight years in the Army, where he was part of the Military Intelligence Detachment of the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg, NC. His military service includes three tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq, along with various peacetime operations globally.

Justin excelled academically, graduating first in his class with a degree in business administration from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC, and later earning his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

His professional accolades include being a former judge for Tega Cay and a former board member of the Catawba Regional Council of Governments. Justin has been recognized as a “Super Lawyers Rising Star” in South Carolina and “Legal Elite” by Business North Carolina magazine. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Bice is admitted to practice in all State and U.S. District Courts in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
