Samuel Randall IV

With a career spanning over two decades, Samuel J. Randall IV has established himself as a formidable criminal defense attorney in Southeastern North Carolina. He has represented numerous clients in a wide array of criminal cases, ranging from serious charges like First Degree Murder and Drug Trafficking to lesser offenses such as Shoplifting and Traffic Violations. Mr. Randall's practice extends to both State and Federal Courts throughout North Carolina.

In 2004, Mr. Randall's dedication to criminal defense led him to become a Board Certified Specialist in both State and Federal Criminal Law by the North Carolina State Bar, a distinction held by only 53 out of over 28,000 attorneys in the state. He was recertified in 2010, underscoring his ongoing commitment to excellence in his field.

Mr. Randall's roots are in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he attended Quail Hollow Junior High School and South Mecklenburg High School. His early career saw him serve in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman from 1987 to 1991, during which he qualified as an Aircrew member and participated in Search and Rescue missions. He is a Gulf War Veteran, having provided inflight medical assistance during Operation Desert Storm with HMM-226.

Following his military service, Mr. Randall pursued higher education at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion. He then achieved his law degree from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
