About Diane Price

Diane Price has devoted her legal career to the field of criminal defense, focusing on both direct representation and policy advocacy. After earning her degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2008, Diane began her career as an assistant public defender in Mecklenburg County. There, she represented clients unable to afford legal counsel in both District and Superior Courts.

From 2014 to 2017, Diane served as the Public Defense Training Manager for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, she organized training sessions for public defenders and private assigned counsel, while also promoting reform efforts across various states.

Returning to her roots in public defense from 2017 to 2023, Diane practiced in Camden, New Jersey, where she defended individuals in serious criminal cases. In 2023, she returned to North Carolina to join The Olsinski Law Firm as a criminal defense attorney.

Diane is committed to representing adults facing misdemeanor and felony charges in District and Superior Courts throughout Mecklenburg County and the surrounding areas.
