Justin C. Olsinski

Justin C. Olsinski embarked on his legal career with a singular goal: to excel in criminal defense. After completing his education at Hofstra University School of Law, where he graduated in the top half of his class, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. There, he consulted with local attorneys before establishing his own practice in January 2010. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise and the firm's reach, focusing on defending serious criminal and felony charges.

Mr. Olsinski's dedication to criminal defense is evident in his successful track record, which includes defending cases ranging from B1 Felony First Degree Sex Offenses to Misdemeanor marijuana charges. His commitment to excellence has earned him recognition as a Top 40 under 40 Attorney in North Carolina by both the National Trial Lawyers and the American Society of Legal Advocates.

Before law school, Mr. Olsinski earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and History from Indiana University-Bloomington. At Hofstra, he concentrated his studies on criminal defense and participated in a ten-day intensive seminar on trial advocacy techniques.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Olsinski enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, a two-year-old daughter, and an eight-year-old dog. He also has a passion for sports, both as a spectator and participant.
