Daniel Francis

Daniel R. Francis is a distinguished civil litigation trial attorney with a career spanning more than three decades. Licensed to practice in North Carolina, Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas, he has dedicated his practice to representing victims of railroad injuries across the Mid-South and Midwest. Mr. Francis is committed to understanding the profound impact of devastating injuries on his clients and their families, particularly in cases involving railroads such as Amtrak.

Throughout his career, Mr. Francis has secured multiple million-dollar verdicts in civil litigation. He is known for his tenacity in challenging corporations and insurance companies that fail to acknowledge or fairly compensate for injuries and damages caused. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communications with an Economics minor from Drury University in 1986, followed by a Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in 1989.
