W. Scott Harkey

W. Scott Harkey is at the helm of Harkey Litigation in Davidson County, North Carolina. From March 2013 to May 2021, he served as a special prosecutor for the Financial Crimes Unit. Prior to this role, he was part of a law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he defended civil cases.
