John Price

John A. Price possesses more than four decades of extensive legal experience, specializing in business and commercial litigation. He has first chair trial experience in complex cases involving antitrust, unfair trade practices, business torts, securities fraud, intellectual property, minority shareholder issues, regulatory matters, products liability, environmental concerns, and a broad range of business disputes.

John is recognized with an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 for legal ability and ethics through peer reviews. He holds a certification in civil litigation from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Texas, and North Carolina.
