Ron Payne brings over 13 years of dedicated legal expertise at Apple Payne Law, PLLC to the practice of estate planning, probate, and small business law. His firm, previously known as Payne Law, PLLC, focuses on providing clients with clear and precise legal guidance. Ron is committed to assisting families in making informed decisions about Last Will & Testaments, Revocable & Irrevocable Trusts, Power of Attorneys, Advance Directives, and Business Succession Planning. He also eases the probate process for clients, allowing them to focus on personal matters during times of loss.

Recent representative matters include helping establish a trust for a client with late-stage cancer to minimize probate disputes and costs, guiding a client without biological children in planning charitable gifts, and managing probate for an out-of-state heir with real estate across multiple states. Ron also served as Co-Trustee of a dynasty trust, aiding a client new to North Carolina in resolving complex trustee issues to ensure proper beneficiary care.

Outside his professional life, Ron enjoys family time with his wife, two sons, and their cats in Gibsonville, North Carolina. He is actively involved in the community, serving as Cubmaster for Pack 4051 in Elon, NC, and as Band Booster President for the Southeast Alamance Band Boosters in Haw River, NC.
