Richard Cannon III

With a legal career beginning in 1983, Richard Cannon III has dedicated his practice in Greenville, North Carolina to addressing the legal needs of families. Initially starting as a sole practitioner, his career progressed through various roles, including partner at Cannon & Taylor, LLP, and currently, as the senior attorney at Cannon Law Offices, PLLC.

Richard's expertise spans social security disability, workers' compensation, bankruptcy, and traffic tickets. He has also served as a panel attorney for indigent defendants in federal court. A significant case in his career involved defending a juvenile in a triple homicide at Camp Lejeune in 1983. Richard and his wife, Renny, have made Greenville their home, raising two sons and a daughter. He is actively involved in his community, serving as an usher at his church, a Scoutmaster for Troop 30, and participating in the University City Kiwanis and Crown Point Lodge No. 708, AF&AM.
