Brian F Davis

Brian F Davis, a native of Western North Carolina, was born and raised in Asheville. He completed his high school education at Enka High School before attending UNC-Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies. Brian then pursued his law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law.

After passing the Bar Exam, Brian began his legal career in the Raleigh area, where he focused on serious personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases for nearly two decades. He later relocated his family and law practice back to Asheville, where he continues his work as an aggressive litigator who thrives in courtroom settings.

Brian is known for his straightforward approach with clients and opposing counsel, offering honest and direct communication. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three sons, engaging in activities such as biking, motorcycling, hiking, and camping.
