Lawrence D. Winson brings a wealth of legal expertise from his role as General Counsel at Carnival Cruise Lines, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company. During a period of significant growth for the company, he honed his skills in corporate governance, handling complex issues in intellectual property, securities, and antitrust matters. His tenure included orchestrating major initiatives such as Carnival's Initial Public Offering, the acquisition of Holland-America Line, and the development of Carnival Airlines.

Lawrence played a pivotal role in high-stakes negotiations and directed legal strategies for major anti-trust and intellectual property litigation, as well as large-scale international and domestic arbitrations.
