Originally from Hickory, North Carolina, Alexander graduated from Hickory High School before attending North Carolina State University. During his time at the university, he was a founding member and Vice President of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, showcasing his leadership skills early on.

Before founding King & Rowe, PLLC, Alexander honed his legal expertise at a prominent domestic and criminal law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is an active member of the North Carolina Bar, the Catawba County Bar Association, and the Family Law Division of the North Carolina Bar Association.
