Evan Rowe

Evan R. Rowe, a native of Catawba County, North Carolina, is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer. He graduated from Hickory High School in 2003 and pursued his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University, completing his degree in 2007. He earned his law degree from the Charlotte School of Law in 2011 and is licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina and the Western District of North Carolina Federal Court.

During his time at NC State, Evan was actively involved as a charter member of the Alpha Sigma Phi national fraternity and served on the executive board of the Student Wolfpack Club. While attending law school, he gained practical experience through participation in the Trial Advocacy Team and by working with both the District Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender’s Office under the North Carolina third-year practitioner rules.

Evan is married, a father to a daughter, and enjoys the company of his two dogs. His hobbies include traveling with his family, playing golf, and maintaining his yard and garden.

Focusing on criminal law, Evan is passionate about defending the accused and ensuring their voices are heard within the criminal justice system. He is committed to providing diligent representation, guiding clients through their legal challenges with care and dedication.

Though many cases are resolved before trial, Evan is skilled in conducting both bench and jury trials in the North Carolina District Court and Superior Court. He emphasizes keeping clients informed about their options and potential outcomes, empowering them to make decisions that best serve their interests.

Evan also holds an executive position in the Catawba County Bar Association and is a member of the American Association.
