Griff Shuler is driven by a genuine commitment to assist those in need, which inspired his career in law. As an Executive Partner at Daggett Shuler, he is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. His practice is dedicated to handling Workers’ Compensation claims and complex third-party cases.

For more than 22 years, Griff has represented clients before the North Carolina Industrial Commission. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of cases, including traumatic brain injuries, severe back and neck injuries, fractures, shoulder and knee injuries, and occupational diseases. Griff is passionate about educating injured workers on their legal rights and provides compassionate guidance throughout the claims process.

A former college soccer forward and two-time Academic All-American, Griff applies the discipline and teamwork skills from his sports background to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. His dedication to excellence is reflected in his leadership and the efforts of his professional team.
