Nikol Litvan

Nikol Litvan is a skilled attorney at Minick Law in Jacksonville, North Carolina, where she provides robust defense strategies for individuals charged with crimes. She understands the stress of facing criminal charges and works diligently to listen to and comprehend each client's unique situation. Her goal is to equip clients with the necessary information to make informed decisions and regain control of their lives.

At Minick Law, Nikol has completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's 24-hour course on DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, a program typically attended by officers involved in DWI investigations.

Nikol earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During her studies, she served as President of the University of North Carolina Innocence Project, participated in the Moot Court Arbitration Team, and contributed to the Youth Justice Clinic. She was awarded a Certificate of Merit in Scientific Evidence and Research, Reasoning, Writing, and Advocacy.

Her academic journey began with a B.A. in International Affairs and Criminal Justice from George Washington University, graduating magna cum laude. Residing in Onslow County with her fiancé, Liam, and their dog, Dodge, Nikol enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring new adventures with Dodge.
