Steven J Goralski

Steven J. Goralski is a highly experienced military defense attorney with a strong background in court martial trials within the Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force. During his military career, he served over 11 years in active duty, reaching the rank of Major. His tenure included significant roles at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC, known for being one of the busiest defense offices in the Marine Corps. At Camp Lejeune, Mr. Goralski held positions such as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, where he served as the legal advisor to the Commanding General.

In his capacity as a military lawyer, Mr. Goralski was involved in advising hundreds of clients under investigation or facing judicial punishment, covering a broad range of military law areas. He has successfully represented clients in administrative separation boards and both special and general courts-martial, often achieving favorable outcomes.

As Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, Mr. Goralski provided counsel on the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), administrative military law, and various Marine Corps and Department of Defense regulations. Additionally, he contributed as a voting member of the Family Advocacy Program's Incident Determination Committee, participating in weekly meetings to address relevant cases.
