Danny Earl Britt Jr

Danny Earl Britt Jr. began his journey in law with the North Carolina National Guard, enlisting as a private during his high school years in Tar Heel, NC. He pursued higher education at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, where he excelled academically, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Political Science, focusing on pre-legal studies. He also played football as a walk-on during his time there.

Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Danny attended law school in Oklahoma. After earning his law degree, he joined a firm in Elizabethtown, NC, before moving to the Robeson County District Attorney's office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Danny prosecuted numerous serious criminal cases, including hundreds of first-degree murder cases, showcasing his dedication and skill in the courtroom.

Danny's legal career was complemented by his service as a military prosecutor in the Judge Advocate General Corps, where he served in Iraq under the command of the 25th Infantry Division. Today, as a seasoned litigator, he uniquely combines military and civilian legal expertise to provide personalized legal advice, helping clients navigate their legal challenges effectively.
